B2B Stars Corporate Reputation Score, Medals and Badges recognize companies that have received a high evaluation score by other companies, have a high credit reputation and have won awards and recognitions. The score represents an aggregated view on all scores obtained not only the score provided by users inside B2B Stars and cover elements such as: product evaluation, customer service evaluations, pre and post sales experience evaluations, ESG, payment processes, awards and recognition, credit score, etc. A B2B Stars medal or badge is an acknowledgment of achievement relative to other assessed companies across the B2B Stars database based on information available online and/or made available by companies or users and verified by B2B Stars. A B2B Stars medal or badge is NOT a certification or an endorsement of a company or its products or services, and it does not indicate that the company’s products or services are better than another company’s products or services. An earned medal or badge serves as a positive indicator of companies that strive to improve their performance and drive impact. Furthermore, it helps building higher degree of trust for companies interested in doing business with the awarded firms.

B2B Stars Medals

B2B Stars medals, called Peers’ Choice Award, are awarded to companies that have an average score of at least 4 stars provided by aggregating companies review scores from the top B2B companies review sites including B2B Stars. Medals are awarded annually by B2B Stars and are based on the previous 12 months rating of a company calculated at the time of scorecard publication in January each year. To be eligible for a medal, a company must achieve a minimum of 20 reviews and shall not have a credit score* with a high or very high probability of partial or full default within 12 months. The latter requirement is to avoid setting some level of confidence in engaging a company which risks not to be in business in the following quarters. The score rank is calculated across all companies in all industries, as follows:

Platinum Medal

companies that have received an average score of 4.8 +

Gold Medal

companies that have received an average score from 4.5 to 4.7

Silver Medal

companies that have received an average score from 4.2 to 4.4

Bronze Medal

companies that have received an average score from 4.0 to 4.1

B2B Stars Badges

B2B Stars Badges, called Corporate Reputation Scoring, offer a more comprehensive company performance score. This score assesses how strong the company reputation is perceived by its peers (as in the Peers’ Review), financial analysts (Credit score) and Industry analysts (Awards & Recognitions). The badges are awarded companies with the best performance based on the above criteria. During 2025 the Corporate Reputation will also take into consideration companies’ ESG and Sustainability awards and scores into the overall Company Reputation. Badges are awarded yearly based on companies scores at the time of scorecard publication, in June each year. It compares a company’s performance with all rated companies in our database over the previous 12 months. There are three types of badges: Top Performer for companies with at least 60 point out of 100, High Performer with at least 50 points and Strong Performer with at least 30 points.

How to claim your Medals and Badges?

All administrators of the B2B Stars company page can download the awarded medals and badges. Every time a new medal or badge is awarded, B2B Stars sends a notification email to all administrators. Medals and Badges are downloadable in the user Dashboard area.
