B2B Stars was established in September 2024 with the aim of fostering efficient B2B markets and ensuring a fair competitive landscape for businesses worldwide. Our approach combines human expertise and artificial intelligence to deliver impactful insights, reliable company evaluations, and privacy-conscious digital interactions.
Currently, there are no platforms that offer advanced B2B search capabilities. Most existing options are either general search engines or business directories with limited information and value.
By integrating AI technology and customer reviews, our search tool will help companies effectively find relevant partners, clients, and suppliers. Additionally, while B2C markets have many opportunities for customer reviews and are becoming highly efficient, it is challenging in B2B to gather insights from peers about the quality of services and products, as well as to assess the credibility of potential suppliers and partners.
Customer reviews are crucial for a well-functioning market, and review results are the top criterion for ranking in B2B Stars.

Customer reviews are crucial for a well-functioning market, and review results are the top criterion for ranking in B2B Stars. Reviews must follow strict guidelines:
- Only employees of companies listed on our platform are allowed to review other companies.
- Private individuals who are not part of a listed company are not permitted to write reviews.
- If a user reports potential misbehaviour in a review, we will investigate.
- If we don’t find evidence of past relationships between the reviewer and the reviewed company, we will remove the review.
B2B Stars places individual privacy at the center as it does not share users’ contact information with anyone outside our platform respecting a strict code of conduct.
If a third-party company wants to contact a user, they can only do so through our platform and with certain restrictions:
- The third party must send the request to the user’s company, not directly to the individual user.
- The third party can only send the request once. They cannot repeatedly contact the user if there is no response.
- The third party can only send the request if the recipient company has accepted in their account profile to receive such requests.
